We have provided services for a multitude of clients who represent a diversity of needs, and communities. Our innovators and designers have worked with:

• Project Implementation–National Weed and Seed providing educational workshops at their national conferences
• Strategic Planning and Executive Coaching– Through working through local executive leadership such as the Urban League of Hampton Roads, we provide top-notch coaching services to help leaders clearly define their strategic strengths, core competencies and capabilities to meet the needs of the low-income communities
• Grassroots Organizing and Leadership Development–Through working with groups such as the National Council of Churches, and the Virginia Interfaith Center for Public Policy, we calibrate, implement and monitor large-scale organizing projects to affect positive social change for traditionally underserved populations.
• Faith-Based Leadership Development and Initiatives–Our faith-based team is currently working on several projects to build authentic power amongst African American faith leaders around the country.
• Project Management—We provide management and oversight for our clients who require the full range of services throughout the projects life cycle, including visioning, pre-planning, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. Some of our clients include the U. S. Department of Health and Human Services (African American Healthy Marriage Initiative)
• Civic Engagement and Civil Society—Through our relationship with the League of Women Voters, U.S., we facilitate international hosting projects for delegates from former Soviet Block nations, such as media professionals from Azerbaijan.
